The Arklay Mansion was designed by George Trevor for Sir Ozwell E. Spencer. After finishing it's construction, George and his family were invited there.
During the t-virus outbreak, the Special Tactics and Rescue Service and the Ultimate Defender stumbled upon the mansion, which was now overrun with zombies and monsters.
